SDSU’s Presidential Selection Committee convenes in the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center Sept. 25

San Diego State’s new president will be named Wednesday at 8 a.m., university officials confirmed.

The announcement comes after a secretive, 6-month search by a committee selected by the CSU board of trustees. The committee makes its recommendation to the board, which has the final say.

Current president Sally Roush began her short term on July 1. The Daily Aztec will update this story as more information becomes available.
