Indecent exposure

Shortly after midnight on Nov. 3, Steven White was arrested at the San Diego State bus turnaround for indecent exposure, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and resisting arrest. After reportedly “exposing himself to a female student on the trolley,” White was approached by the SDSU police. He fled  a short distance from the officers. He was apprehended approximately 50 feet away, sustaining minor injuries.

Battery

Two members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity reported they had been assaulted by members of a different fraternity. The incident was said to have occurred on Oct. 31 at 4 p.m. and resulted in a broken jaw, bumping the crime to a felony. Capt. Lamine Secka of the SDSU Police Department commented that it is likely the victims knew the fraternity members responsible, but plead ignorance in order to avoid police intervention.
