Crime report: Siphoning gas from vehicles, license plate theft

Vehicle Tampering and Theft of Parts
Between Nov. 13 and 16, five individuals reported finding single holes punched in their gas tanks with gas siphoned out of them in Parking 3 and 4.
Suspicious Person
A possible transient was found trying to enter Zura Residence Hall around 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 11.
An individual was seen walking and peering into cars in Parking 3 around 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 26.
Theft
Around 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, it was reported that an iPhone 10S was stolen from Montezuma Hall.
The rear license plate of a car in Parking 12 was reported stolen on Nov. 13. The theft was believed to have taken place sometime in the preceding week.
A Macbook Pro was reported stolen from the Malcolm A. Love Library around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 13.
Another Macbook Pro was stolen from Love Library around 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 14.
Around 10 p.m. on Nov. 15, a backpack was reportedly stolen at Which Wich.
An SDSU student was cited for theft of a Hydroflask at Aztec Shops Bookstore around noon on Nov. 19.
