The Aztecs blocked a Point after attempt and returned it for a two-point score after NMSU scored touchdowns on two consecutive drives.

The Aztecs came roaring back in the second half with 26 unanswered points to beat the New Mexico State University Aggies 26-16.
Junior quarterback Quinn Kaehler completed 10 of his 14 passes in the second half and freshman running back Donnel Pumphrey dazzled with 167 yards and 3 touchdowns on 19 carries.
The Aztecs are now 1-3 for the 2013 season.
