After experiencing all the unnecessary high school drama with the minor-obsessed singer R. Kelly, many thought rapper Jay-Z would be too emotionally overloaded to ever do another collaboration again. And yet, here he is, just a few weeks after his tearful breakup with his Best of Both Worlds partner, promoting a new collaboration album with rap-rock group Linkin Park.
Described as a “mash-up” between genres, Collision Course proves to be a pretty awesome album. While some were skeptical of the artists’ choice to combine such distinct flavors of music, Linkin Park’s urban beats seem to work nicely with Jay Z’s rhymes. By far the best example of this can be found in
