San Diego State is trailing the Air Force Falcons 6-10 at the half. The Aztecs first score of the game came late in the first quarter with a 44-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Quinn Kaehler to freshman wide receiver Eric Judge. A struggling senior kicker Wes Feer missed the extra point and is still trying to comeback after missing a 37-yard field goal earlier in the first.
In the second quarter, the Falcons answered back with a 16-yard touchdown run from quarterback Nate Romine to give Air Force a one-point lead at 6-7.
Then, Air Force kicker Will Conant added to the Falcons lead with a 48-yard field goal in the last seconds of the half.
Kaehler alone has completed 8 of 14 passes for 106 yards and one touchdown, while Air Force quarterbacks Romine and Sam Gagliano combined have completed 1 of 3 passes for only 39 yards.
