San Diego State men’s basketball star forward Kawhi Leonard says a Twitter account titled @Kawhi_Leonard is not his.
The sophomore forward said he was aware of the fake account, but denied having any association with it.
Leonard and the rest of the Aztecs will face Colorado State at 6 p.m. PT on Wednesday night in Fort Collins, Colo.
