Feel the burn and work up a sweat at this week’s Super Saturday Workout at the Aztec Recreation Center.
The 90-minute class is an overall body workout designed to tone legs, glutes, arms and core muscles. It is divided into 45 minutes of Precision Pilates, which focuses on developing core muscles, and 45 minutes of Ballet Barre Blast. Barre incorporates components from ballet bar exercises with adaptations made to improve muscle activity. The main goal of each class is to create long and lean muscles.
This week’s Super Saturday Workout is free for all ARC members. The class will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tickets will be issued at the front desk 15 minutes prior to its starting time.
