The San Diego State University Aztecs are tied with the Fresno State Bulldogs at seven points each at halftime. The Aztec defense has held Fresno QB Derek Carr to 98 yards and zero touchdowns. Junior wide receiver Ezell Ruffin had an impressive first half, compiling 114 yards on five receptions including a 44-yard catch and run to set up the Aztecs’ only touchdown of the night.
