Contempt of court order
On Friday, Feb. 26 shortly after 11:30 a.m., the San Diego State Police Department received a report of subject seen with a court issued stay away order from campus.
He was seen on the second floor of the Love Library.
When officers arrived, they arrested the non-SDSU student for the violation, SDSUPD Cpl. Mark Peterson said.
Hit-and-run traffic collision
A non-SDSU student was arrested early Sunday morning around 12:30 a.m. for driving under the influence.
According to a report, the man struck a parked vehicle in the Albert’s College Apartments parking lot and left the scene.
He was found five minutes later and arrested for DUI after investigation, Peterson said.
Indecent exposure
On Monday, Feb. 29 around 3 p.m., a man in The Habit dining area in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union was seen masturbating.
When officers arrived, they discovered the man had an active warrant and arrested him on the scene.
Drug activity
On Tuesday, March 1 before 4 a.m., a man was arrested at Parking Structure 5.
SDSUPD was conducting a safety check when they contacted a subject.
The subject, a non-SDSU student, was found in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for this violation, Peterson said.
