Suspicious men on campus
On Thursday Nov. 5 around 5 p.m., a suspicious man was reported in parking structure 4.
He was following women and asking for personal information.
Upon officer arrival, the subject left the area, San Diego State Police Capt. Joshua Mays said.
A suspicious man was reported at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union on Saturday around 4:30 p.m.
Officers found the suspect, who was not an SDSU student.
He was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, possession of brass knuckles and three outstanding warrants, according to SDSU police.
Student considers suicide
SDSU police received a report on Sunday night of a suicidal student posting on the social media site Tumblr that she wanted to die.
Officers contacted the subject and connected the student with campus resources.
SDSU Counseling and Psychological Services are available for all students seeking help. They are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students needing immediate help can call 619-594-5220 during business hours.
