Born and raised in San Diego California, Iain Henderson is a first-year student pursuing a journalism degree. This school year is Iain’s first year writing for the Daily Aztec. He joined the team in order to sharpen his writing skills and acquire real world experience. He hopes to pursue a career within the sports journalism industry after college, whether that be broadcasting or writing. He enjoys all sports but his two true loves are football and baseball. Henderson played football for a number of years before attending SDSU. In his free time he enjoys working out and listening to his favorite music. Henderson has also studied Spanish since kindergarten, making him fluent in the language.
